Dr. Eulices Frayre is a renowned plastic surgeon who practises in Tijuana, Mexico. He completed his medical education at the Hochicalco Campus’s Centre for University Studies in Baja, California. Dr. Frayre attended medical school in Mexico and practised general surgery for three years at Mexico City General Hospital. In addition, he completed his undergraduate internship at the Hospital Clinica in Ensenada in 2002. Then she stayed at the Social Services Centre for another two years.

He studied for a period of three years further before operating as a lead surgeon to continue his education in order to pursue Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery.
