Medical Weight Loss Programs- These are non-surgical, doctor monitored programs that are included with a customized meal plan, food advice, prescription drugs, weight loss exercise advice, and nutritional supplements.

Weight Loss Injections and Drugs- The clinic carries injectables approved by the FDA, such as Semaglutide (Wegovy), Ozempic, Saxenda, and Mounjaro as well as oral medications, including Qsymia, Orlistat, Plenity and CONTRAVE. • Wegovy brand name: Around 1349/month (list price)
  • Compounded semaglutide: As little as $129/month.

Patient Feedback

Roller weight loss and advanced surgery patient reviews are generally mixed. The clinic is rated at 5.0 stars on Wupdoc with 8 reviews with many patients praising the clinic on the life-changing outcomes, such as more than 100 pound weight loss and a remarkable change in quality of life.

Patients often compliment Dr. Roller and his team regarding their well-designed programs, helpful care, and positive attitude. Some of the testimonials say that the clinic played a major part in assisting them to attain goals that they would have never achieved themselves.

Not every feedback is good, though. In a patient review of early 2025, one of the patients reported a poor surgical experience that included the aggravation of their underlying conditions (gastroparesis and POTS) as a result of gastric bypass, leading to further corrective surgery. The patient would recommend other patients to perform a lot of research and get more than one opinion before undergoing surgery.

Risks and Considerations

The following should be remembered by the prospective patients:

No public pricing- The clinic does not provide particular prices of weight loss programs, consultations, and medications on its webpage. The patients will be required to visit a seminar or call the office to get pricing information.

There is an inconsistent number of procedures– Several sources state varying figures on the number of bariatric surgeries carried out by Dr. Roller as more than 7,000 and more than 13,000. The last number (2026 at the beginning of the year) refers to more than 13,000 operations.

Surgical outcome reported to be negative- One of the patients reported publicly that they experienced complications after the bariatric surgery such as aggravation of the already existing conditions and the necessity of another surgery.

No BBB accreditation- Roller Weight Loss and Advanced Surgery is not a business which is being accredited by Better Business Bureau.
