We spent hours and hours waiting at every single juncture we had to deal with staff. From drivers, to waiting on hotel rooms, to early departures from the hotel (required to be out of room by 7am for flight to leave at 6 pm) etc. The staff was rude and uniformed. I got, I DONT KNOW, at pretty much every juncture and when I asked questions I got told to sit down and be quiet or I was going to be escorted from the hotel. For literally asking after 3 hrs when they’ll have our room ready. I would never recommend these jerks. There’s Mexican time and then there’s treating us like cattle at auction. Hurry up and wait. Hurry up and wait. For hours and hours after surgery in uncomfy chairs.
