Never had a procedure there; I was part of the Facebook group. There was a former patient that posted with a complaint and the CEO was extremely rude in her response and responded by posting medical info about her in a public comment. I responded that this was unprofessional and that as a CEO, patients should be educated and their concerns should be heard. A minute later I was blocked from the group. While I cannot speak about the surgeons, I would never go to a facility that hides and blocks any kind of negativity from being associated with them and doesn’t address patient concerns.
