Dr. Eudocio Flores works at the Ossis Medical Centre and Hospital San José Tec in Monterrey, Mexico, as a General, Bariatric, and Laparoscopic Surgeon. In 1988, he graduated from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León as a Surgeon and Midwife.
