• Patients report that ONYX is a warm and home-like atmosphere, in which they feel at home the first time they visit the place.
• The employees are commended as being well educated, customer responsive and really listening as one of the patients remarked that even after hours providers responded to questions through a text.
• Clients have indicated positive weight loss outcomes with the semaglutide programs, the enhancement of the health of women, and the value attached to the wide scope of services offered under one roof at reasonable prices.
• None of the negative reviews were found that were significant.

Risks & Considerations

• Unclear ownership structure- The clinic itself was established by two nurse practitioners though they also indicate that it is physician owned and operated with two physicians (Dr. Rawson, DO and Dr. Riggs, MD) on the team. On the site, there is no clear definition of the roles and oversight involved between the physicians and nurse practitioners.
• The source of semaglutide is not indicated – The clinic fails to note that they use either brand-name semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) or compounded formulations. Patients are to pose a question directly.
• Minimal aesthetics pricing online – The costs that are in detail other than that of weight loss packages and neuromodulators are not easily found on the site.
• Incomplete website sections – There are service menus that are not found on the site, which can restrict the capacity of the patient to do pre-research on services.
