Impossible to get any response from the company. I first tried to request a dose change without any response. I then requested to cancel and again no response. I have called several times either getting a voicemail or a “there are more than 10 people ahead of you” for over an hour on hold. I have left several voicemails with return number without response. I have sent several emails with no response. I have sent several messages within my portal with no response. The company is a scam. I will now need to cancel my credit card to prevent them from charging it again. DO NOT BUY!
