Extremely disappointing experience. I was prescribed a tirzepatide formulation that required injecting 1.5mL (150 units) weekly due to an unusually low concentration, which meant multiple injections with standard syringes. None of this was clearly disclosed before the medication shipped.
I had to do the dosage calculations myself and repeatedly follow up just to get basic clarification. Customer support acknowledged the issue only after the order was already processed and shipped, then essentially told me there was “nothing they could do” because of pharmacy limitations.
If you’re using a telehealth company for convenience and professional guidance, you should not be left reverse-engineering your own medication dosing and troubleshooting avoidable formulation issues after the fact.
The lack of transparency, poor communication, and overall handling of the situation completely destroyed my confidence in the service. I will not be returning as a customer.
