If I’m basing my review on just the product of the pricing, I would give it four stars. However, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Let’s start with the product. My first dose was 1.5 mg however, my syringes had no marking 4 mg. It had markings for everything else, cc, ml, etc. but not milligrams. So I sent a message asking for clarification. This is not a chat and the answers do not come quickly, rather they are usually at least 12 hours later. The first response I got was from one agent who had no idea. So I wrote back and sent pictures of the vial and both sides of the syringe, showing there was no markings for milligrams. I got a response from a different person who had no idea. I wrote back. Got a response from yet another person and at that time I was so frustrated with the non-answers and the I don’t knows that I threaten legal action and said I wanted to return the product for a full refund. Then I got another response from a fourth person who finally explained how I could figure out my dose. If we were talking about fertilizer for plants, I wouldn’t be so upset, but this is medication going into my body so it’s a serious matter and they did not have their act together at all. The explanation I got from the fourth guy was that somehow the markings got overlooked and I was sent the wrong syringes! I would absolutely not recommend this company to my worst enemy. You can get appetite from trimrx.com for about 149 a month without all this hassle and they have far better reviews. Steer clear of gimme care. One or two stars at most.
