This company may help you lose weight, but the customer service and overall experience were terrible.
My order arrived 8 days late after I was told it would take only 3 days. When I contacted customer service, I received completely different answers from multiple representatives. One told me the medication was no longer good and to throw it away. Another said it was fine to use. A third said I would have to pay again for a replacement because the prescription was too old.
When I decided to cancel, I found out they charge a processing fee even if you request cancellation by email. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told it wouldn’t make a difference.
To make matters worse, they continue sending promotional text messages advertising lower prices, only to say those offers are for new customers only. If the offers don’t apply, stop sending the texts.
I cannot recommend this company. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, hidden fees, and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. Save yourself the hassle and choose another provider.
