I started to purchase a prescription from Trimrx and they changed my order. I canceled it online via their email link within 3 hours. The order was not processed at the pharmacy until 3 days later. They ignored my cancelation, sent the order anyway, I refused it and it was returned to the pharmacy. They are refusing to refund my money. I find there process confusing and contradictory, their advertising page says “cancelation at anytime”. I believe Trimrx is not adhering to the cancelation law state I live in and I intend to file a complaint and file another complaint with the BBB. I see a lot of complaints on the customer reviews and recommend others file complaints with the BBB. This appears to me to be a company that takes your money quickly and does not treat consumers fairly.
