Dr. Sepehr Lalezari
Dr. Sepehr Lalezari, MD, FACS is a bariatric, minimally invasive, and general surgeon and founder of Lalezari Surgical, serving patients in Los Angeles and Long Beach, California.
Dr. Lalezari is board certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery and in Obesity Medicine by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
Dr. Lalezari earned his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from UCLA, graduating magna cum laude and two years early. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2011 and completed his general surgery residency at Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati, where he served as Chief Resident. He subsequently completed fellowship training in bariatric and minimally invasive surgery at Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore.
