Background and History

Allure Health & Med Spa came about because there was a vision for a new perspective on ageing, well-being and caring for oneself. Owners Hilary Muhle and Leanne Bata saw that typical cosmetic procedures were often superficial, while regular medicine frequently overlooked those hormonal changes that deplete our body of energy. Over eight years ago, they came together with their clinical and administrative skills to create a holistic wellness facility.

Under the joint management of Hilary and Leanne, Allure has evolved from one devoted office into a multi-site practice. The specific focus of the clinic on women’s hormone health filled a void in the local community and led to Allure becoming one of the best-known med spas in the area. Hilary Muhle, APRN, WHNP-BC (Medical Director & Co-Owner): Hilary has eight years of experience as a practitioner and director of clinical practice. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Nebraska Medical Center on top of her Bachelor’s degrees in nursing and psychology from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is a board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitionist, and holds numerous specialized certification credentials in bio-identical hormone optimization, premium aesthetic injectables, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments, and Fibroblast Plasma Technology.

Leanne Bata, MHA (Director of Operations & Co-Owner): Leanne has a Masters in Healthcare Administration after obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in General Studies. She has built a career in hormone replacement, starting as a patient coordinator, then taking on the role of clinic manager and ultimately taking the helm in Midwest, regional clinical operations before joining Allure as a co-owner and manager.

Michele is a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) with a Masters degree in Midwifery and Post-Masters Certificate in Women’s Health from Frontier Nursing University, and a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC, CNM). Her clinical experience spans from 2006, with her knowledge and experience in bio-identical hormone therapy spanning nearly 10 years.

Kelly earned her Master Esthetician Degree from Xenon International in 2007, and has been voted #1 Esthetician in Omaha for the past four years straight.

Amanda Brunott, RN (Registered Nurse): Amanda was born and raised in Columbus and graduated with a BSN from UNMC and worked as a Registered Nurse at Bryan East Hospital for 10 years before returning to her community to focus on clinical wellness.

Sally Oliver, CNA (Clinic Coordinator): Sally coordinates the client experience through her medical assisting certificate from Nebraska Methodist College and over 15 years of experience in customer service management.
