Background and History

Sarah is a Family Nurse Practitioner, having previously worked for 5 years as a critical care nurse, and founded Faces in Bloom in 2018 with her Master’s Degree in Nursing and FNP certification. She completed her primary care training, but felt a need to explore something different, which led her to a “life-altering event in 2018” that got her into medical aesthetics, where she was trained under a leader in the field in Portland at Skin by Lovely. She started her own practice six months later.

Her husband, Forrest, who was a former patient of hers for severe cystic acne and who was later helped to improve his complexion through aesthetic treatments, attended Clark College and was a nurse at the hospital for three years before joining the practice as an injection specialist.

As a pair, they developed Faces in Bloom in Vancouver to become the top rated medical spa in the city that values a warm, fun and results driven experience above the clinical sterility that many medical practices have. It is now a four provider team and sees patients from Vancouver, Portland and the Clark County/Metro area.
