Dr. Thomas Fiala, MD, MBA, FRCSC, FACS, established the practice in 2001 and was one of the first Central Florida practices to specialize in cosmetic plastic surgery. Dr. Fiala’s practice has an on-site, fully accredited surgical suite certified by the AAAASF which enables her to conduct surgical procedures in an outpatient center. Background and History

In 2001, Dr. Thomas Fiala was recruited as the lead plastic surgeon at another cosmetic practice in Orlando, and eventually became the founder of Fiala Aesthetics. Dr. Fiala knew that he could provide a more customized approach to his patients and decided to open his own practice specializing just in cosmetic surgery.

The practice has been around for over 20 years and is well known all over the nation.
