Background and History

Dr. Ka Ming Li established Li Plastic Surgery when he graduated with honors from an elite seven-year program at UCLA at the age of 24. He later finished a demanding five-year surgical program at USC and a plastic surgical residency at Penn State University where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, upon the recommendation of the Penn State Chief of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Li had a long and fruitful academic and administrative career prior to his private practice. He was the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center from 1994 to 2004, Vice Chairman of the Division of Surgery at Arrowhead, Chief of Staff Elect at Arrowhead and former Director of the Inland Regional Burn Center. He is also a co-founder of the company Arrowhead Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery Associates and has been named one of “America’s Top Surgeons”.

Dr. Li has been in practice for over 25 years and is one of the most referred to Inland Empire plastic surgeons.
