Inspired by her time observing a local dermatologist’s cosmetic practice in the early 2000s, Dr. Elliott spent two years in intensive cosmetic medical training before launching Skinspirations. Within two years of opening, in 2007, she was invited by Allergan (the makers of Botox and Juvederm) to become a national trainer for their products based on her results. She went on to become a national and international trainer for Cutera Lasers, teaching other physicians in aesthetic laser use for all skin colors.

She owns a companion company, ExpertEsthetics, which provides hands-on clinician training workshops and online video training for advanced injection and laser techniques.
