Background and History

The Cru Clinic officially opened its doors in April 2021, with a grand ribbon cutting ceremony to mark its opening. Richland County commissioners were there, as was Ontario’s mayor, Randy Hutchinson, who was exhibiting a high level of local support for the new business.

Prior to Jenny Swisher opening the clinic, there wasn’t much of a choice for specialized treatments such as professional IV hydration in Richland County. Even for basic wellness infusions, they often had to drive an hour or more to Cleveland or Columbus. Jenny realized this was a problem, so she started The Cru Clinic to combine advanced aesthetics, medical weight loss and hormone optimization in one home-based and at one location.

The practice has rapidly developed from its infancy. The clinic then moved to its new modern building on Stumbo Road to accommodate an increased number of patients and a new suite of advanced InMode clinical technologies.
