Background and History
As early as 2012, before IV hydration was a popular trend, Keith McDermott realized that he needed to start something new in Atlanta, Georgia, and that’s when the concept of Vida-Flo was born. Since then it has expanded to become a nationally famous franchise model with brick and mortar clinics and a mobile concierge service in several states. Vida-Flo claims to have given more than 100,000 treatments to individuals in 10 states for everything from general dehydration, athletic recovery, kidney stones to Celiac Disease.
The Nashville market is under the management of The Vida Group, a medical management partnership founded by marketing graduate Michael Haley from Belmont University and led by him as CEO, who spotted the opportunity in IV hydration health and wellness. Vida Group has five Tennessee sites. In 2019, the Franklin clinic was established, bringing Vida-Flo’s presence from the original clinic in Nashville to Williamson County.
