Background and History

In 2004, Dr. McLaughlin opened her doors with one goal in mind: to create an atmosphere in her practice that was truly caring, relaxed, and deeply personal. In 2007, she discovered the ideal place to realize this vision when she leased the historic Magnolia building, providing her patients with a rare combination of vintage elegance and clinical privacy, right in the heart of the medical district.

Dr. McLaughlin’s use of non-surgical aesthetic treatments also began to gain popularity and she opened The Retreat Med Spa in 2017. This new development made the practice into a complete, “one-stop” package, allowing patients to easily move from surgical transformation to regular skin care.
