Last June I reached out to EOC for a endo surgery. I had been thinking about it for a long time and decided to schedule it last min. Sent in all docs but needed to pickup my renewed passport which I was supposed to do a few days before the flight. I did an emergency renewal. They went ahead and canceled my surgery and kept my money. I disputed it with my credit card but Michele Riter (founder of EOC), decided to commit fraud and said that I canceled surgery (BIG LIE) and based on their cancelation policy I’m not allowed a refund! I DID NOT CANCEL. THEY DID!! Almost 3K down the drain for nothing. These guys are scammers making fraudulent practices. Their mouthpiece, Michele Riter, then goes and bullies me with “I will set my attorney’s on you!” So instead of refunding me they want to spend their resources on an attorney? Excellent bully tactic. This is not the type of company to trust.
