The LillyDirect phone # is to a virtual agent, which can’t hear your name or DOB. There is no live, real person, or any way to reach one. They have made a mistake with my Medicare # and there is no way to correct this. So LillyDirect customer service is non-existant, the virtual agent is of no help, can’t hear, doesn’t respond, and can’t deal with any questions, This is a useless service. Bring back a real live agent who can answer a question, or fix a simple problem. LillyDirect – absolutely not recommended
