I went on TrimRx’s website and completed the information because I believed they offered Zepbound. Within two hours, I was notified that my prescription had been approved but I noticed it did not say Zepbound. I immediately asked for clarification, and when I was told it was not Zepbound, I called right away to cancel.
Nothing had shipped, and this all happened within two hours of my first visiting the website. Yet I was still charged a $38 fee because their provider had already reviewed the prescription.
I find this disgusting and misleading. The website’s advertising and medication pricing gave me the impression that I was signing up for Zepbound. Companies need to be crystal clear about whether they offer brand-name Zepbound or a different medication, especially when people are trusting them with their health and money.
