BEWARE OF TRIMRX!!! Illegal Business Tactics!
My experience has been horrible with regard to TrimRx and their handling of ‘business as usual’!
I initially had ordered the GLP1 from them and was having some success with the weight loss. They bait & switch with a low entry cost and then when you renew your next refill they DOUBLE the cost & OVERCHARGE you going forward. Medicare has made it easier to apply for the same thing for WAY LESS! And other providers are also WAY LESS! DO NOT use TrimRx! They are a Dishonest Business!
TrimRx holds your Credit Card hostage and Things went VERY BADLY when TrimRx insisted that I submit and update on a form they provided. On this form I specifically told them that I wanted to NOT have any additional refills of my prescription until AFTER I met with my Doctors IRL to evaluate me getting the GLP1 meds thru Medicare from my Doctors as their costs for the meds was WAY TOO HIGH.
TrimRx INGNORED my written request and rushed to send me a refill and charge my credit card WITHOUT any call to me or discussion. Even after I texted, emailed & called them. I spoke with their people who are nothing but order takers that cannot help when a real issue is in front of them.
TrimRX uses AI and unqualified humans to try to distract you so they can push there drugs and charge your credit card UNWILLINGLY! They also do not let you remove your credit card from the account. You can only add a ‘backup’ card… so they will charge both to get paid. So DO NOT give them any credit card that allows recurring payments!!! They won’t allow you to EVER REMOVE IT! TBH I don’t believe this is LEGAL to keep one’s Credit Information when you want it removed from the Account!
They finally did say they Cancelled my Account. They sent me a note saying “We understand you want to pause until you meet with your in-person doctor and explore Medicare coverage in October, and we fully respect that decision.” THIS WAS A LIE!! They IGNORED my requests and sent the next refill and charged my Credit Card!
There are SO Many other providers for GLP1 that handle things properly and honestly that people can easily lose weight with. TrimRx is NOT one of them.
