Complete scam!
The order was supposed to be billed monthly but they charged for a full year up front and took a very long time to send the medication. It was supposed to be in a pen but arrived in a vile with needles.
I called about the billing discrepancy and was told the first 3 months could not be refunded because it was being prepared by the pharmacy. They “escalated” my prorated refund but that would take up to 14 business days to be finalized. I called back today, got the same customer service guy who claimed he was a different person (exact same vouce!) and he said that they only had access to the information that the return was being processed ut no knowledge of the procedural part of refunds. I said that I worked in sales and found it odd that no one could explain how refunds work. He became rude and kept talking over me and said I had to wait until til the 14 days are up.
This needs a class action lawsuit. I am filing fraud with my bank over the charge and have been on Twitter (X) and discovered that there are people looking to file a class action suit, which I will be joining if they grt enough people.
AVOID TRIMRX AT ALL COSTS!
