I deeply regret purchasing from this company.

I paid approximately $900 for a supplement package that was supposed to be delivered in multiple shipments. After taking my money, they sent only about one-sixth of what I paid for. The remaining products were never delivered as promised.

I made repeated attempts to resolve the issue, but it was virtually impossible to reach anyone. I could not get through to customer service by phone, and my messages submitted through their website went unanswered. The complete lack of communication made an already frustrating situation even worse.

Instead of honoring the agreement or making things right, I was left chasing both the company and my credit card issuer in an effort to recover my money.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. A company should never charge customers for products it fails to deliver, nor should it ignore customers who are simply trying to resolve a legitimate problem.

If you’re considering buying from this company, be aware that you may pay in full without receiving everything you purchased—and you may find it nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone for help.

Based on my experience, I would never buy from this company again and cannot recommend them.
