Very unscrupulous company.
1) They set up auto renewal, then dont give a clear way to cancel on the portal.
2) support responses are often very delayed, and cancellatio. Through them is unclear.
3) After being told the medication made me intolerably sick and I wanted to cancel, they acted like they were cancelling, charged my credit card then shipped 3 month supply to me for $900.
4) I refused shipment and it was being returned to them. They then made a claim on the return package to colled from UPS insurance.
5) They still didn’t provide me a refund. I have no medicine (can’t use it anyway), and still am out $900
Buyer beware. Just go to a local doc or choose a more reputable company.
