Dr. Ramos Kelly is a globally recognised and highly accomplished bariatric and metabolic surgeon. He was born in West Branch, Michigan, and served in the United States Military prior to becoming a bariatric surgeon. Dr. Ramos Kelly earned his education from prestigious institutions such as the University of Southern California and has worked at places such as the trauma centre at Los Angeles County Hospital.
Dr. Ramos Kelly is now a bariatric surgeon in Tijuana, Mexico, doing all bariatric operations, including Gastric Sleeve and Gastric Bypass treatments for patients from the United States and Canada. Dr. Ramos Kelly is one of just a few practising surgeons in Mexico who is both an International Fellow of the ACS and a member of the ASMBS (American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery).
